Melissa
Melissa likes to make her fitness workouts both fun and effective. Before she taught at fitness studios across the Houston area, she started as a cycle instructor at Texas A&M University and worked her way up to Healthy Living Director for the YMCA. Melissa has continued to diversify her background, learning to instruct various formats from Forever Well to Yoga . Melissa can be found running through local Houston parks, just for fun. If she’s listening to anything, it’s the Joe Rogan podcast or podcasts on crime.
